We recently decided to make the move to Cardiff after a 5 year stint in North Wales and started looking at properties on onthemarket. What a journey I've had. After a lengthly and trying refurb to a house I bought, Cameron from Moginie James politely checked in each month until I was ready. I was then referred on to James who was helpful in setting me up with a part mangaged contract for letting. As a first time landlord I am grateful to Moginie James for their patience and great communication (they emailed or called back the same day) in answering questions I had. I highly recommend them.
