They have a brilliant website which clearly guides you through applications and is a brilliant resource. I was shown around by Andrew in the Roath office who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and really made an effort to give me as much information about the property as possible. He also checked other details and got back to me to answer my more complicated questions. I would highly recommend them.
